PERPLEXED EMOTION

Love is a feeling.. just like any other feeling...then why is everyone so enamoured by love? What is it that makes love different from other feelings, and special too??

Every feeling finds a logical conclusion in an action.

Anger... the logical conclusion is hitting out..

Hate.....causing hurt.

Sadness.....crying.

Happiness....laughing.

Lust......sex

fear.......running away..

What now is the logical conclusion of LOVE???

There is none. People believe it to be marriage.. but that is'nt so. Marriage is not the logical conclusion of love, in fact many a times marriage fosters love.

Others think its sex.. but really, there is nt even a remote correlation of love and sex. lust and sex yes.. definitely not love.

Is this then, what makes love different then from other feelings? Because Love is so inconclusive...that once in love one remains in limbo forever..and even years later..the feeling still remains in your subconscious, giving you that special sweet twinge of pain every once in a while.. reminding you of its presence.

well.....i feel you r right.. marriage or sex cannot sufficiently b the right answer to love......however we fall prey to this institution belivin that it brings in ultimate love.... the bottom line is the world cannot offer a better system than marriage to explore the emotional upheavals of life (well as free sex and open relationship stands against the ethics system of a vast majority ) ...and yes love is inconclusive and most importantly unconditional

seems you are in love buddy...i agree that love is inconclusive, it is unconditional as niki says and it is forever...love doent have a shelf-life..you may fall out of love with somebody but those good memories will be safe in one corner of ur heart forever, which will bring a smile to ur lips in solitude.

Hello Sagnik Da!
Let's put it this way:
Sort of browsing, cursing and reading the blogs when by a happy happenstance chanced to read the post in your blog.
Cool post...but you went wrong at places...
In accordance with your post,
"Every feeling finds a logical conclusion in an action."
But what is the logical culmination of friendship, which is as inconsequential?

Happiness....laughing.Is it? Then you need to watch the K-serials...crying is also a logical conclusion then.

Sadness.....crying. Can't we end up hitting or wreaking havoc?

...but still...thoughtful question.

@Krishanu

You are right but i just put some examples.Friendship is truly another such feeling but isnt it just another representation of love???a subset so as to say.love doesnt mean only couples.

And as far as happiness and crying goes it is an extremity and not the logical conclusion.Anyways I dnt find anything logical in the K serials.Same goes for sadness.wrecking havoc is extreme. Not logical or unanimous.Hope I am clear.

I dont claim to be accurate but just made myself clearer. Then again everyone has their own right to opinion.Thanx fr visiting and leaving a comment.Chao

Hi ..
was randomly surfing and saw ur post ..
you have written it nicely.
And for your question..
i guess there is an answer ..

for me action that corresponds to love is "care"

so for me love --> care ..
